Where are we donating the money to?
This years the profits of Kleeschen will be designated to Luxembourg Institut Saint Joseph in Betzdorf, Luxembourg, a specialized care institution managed by Yolande asbl, It supports individuals with intellectual disabilities by offering residential care, educational development, and vocational training. The institute emphasizes community living and individualized care, providing inclusive work environments through workshops such as soap-making, recycling, and gardening. Its mission is to foster personal growth, social inclusion, and independence.

Materials
Lets start with the materials we are using. We listened to you over the last years and we tried to be as sustainable as possible. It was a challenge, because it is not as easy as you might think to find sustainable options in the packaging industry.

The bag
This year we will not use anymore the transparent plastic bags as in the previous years. We are loosing the visual appealing for the traditional Kleeschen Bags, but we think promoting recyclable materials is very important. For this reason, this year the bag was made 100% with recycled paper.
